A Self-Love Affair Calls for Visible Safety & Execution of Accountability
Feeling safe is an exercise of visibility.
It requires us to feel safe first with Self. It needs our full support and accountability to trust our capacity to know our needs and then get our needs met.
It also holds the same true for Others.
When we have compassion for our own humanity, it makes us capable of holding the same level of compassion for the self-respect of others to be responsible for the fulfillment of their needs.
It is mutual respect for the exercise (execution) of individual needs without harm (safety). It is sacred accountability and sovereign autonomy for All.
When we feel safe with Self, we feel free to exercise it in energy (aka thought, feeling, action, spirit, community, etc.).
We feel supported to establish a sense of self-trust that declares we take ourselves seriously.
And, when we do (take Self seriously), we feel secure to not only trust Self, but also trust who Self will be when being visible or exposing our truths, and sharing them to and with Others.
It allows us to express needs (safely; soundly; completely) and make it (execution of) an ongoing practice we look for, declare and will continue to create space for in life.
Where, with whom, and in what energies do you (feel safe to) share and instill (execute) boundaries?
How do you nurture these spaces?
In what way do you honor Self by honoring where you feel safe to share and execute on needs?
How do you create space in your life for this?
How do you celebrate it?
How do you express gratitude for it?
With Blessings,
