CHANGE REQUIRES LEARNING TO LISTEN
Learning to Listen.
When changing, it's important to remember that you are seeing shifts in dynamics to Self.
Therefore, it's important to observe responsiveness, who you are, and how you have become accustomed to being in order to understand who you are inside of what, if anything, feels called to change.
Part of doing this is noticing how you're being that doesn't feel like a fit and then listening inward for what does.
Practicing compassion is key here in order to allow Self to become witness. This calls for patience. It calls for assessment of how much of “this” feels like you & how much of it doesn't. PRESENCE.
Assessing the 'what is so' versus the 'what is true' of your IS-ness requires learning to listen intuitively, soundly, and with love; to hear the difference between what doesn't feel like You and being fully within what does and what is.
Invite yourself to practice with presence. Witness how you are rather than how you want to be or feel you ought to be.
What do you feel you want to be?
What do you feel you ought to be?
What is true for you?
What is the difference?
With Blessings,
